Alternative Business Structure
Simply Legal LLC is an Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS License No. 70258) authorized to provide legal services.
Responsible Attorney: Leonard Sominsky (AZ Bar No. 020013)
As an ABS, Simply Legal LLC operates under oversight to ensure compliance with Arizona's professional conduct rules and maintains an advertising and marketing compliance program as required by the State Bar of Arizona.

Welcome to Simply Legal LLC. By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. We Are a Law Firm (Arizona ABS)
Important Notice
Simply Legal LLC is an Arizona Alternative Business Structure licensed to provide legal services. Some matters require association with local counsel and/or pro hac vice admission. All legal decisions are made by our admitted lawyers, led by Leonard Sominsky (AZ 020013). Governing Law: Arizona.
3. Free Case Review & No Upfront Fees
No Upfront Costs
Simply Legal LLC and its partner firms offer a free case evaluation and operate on a contingency basis: you pay no legal fees unless your attorney wins or settles your case. However, results are not guaranteed, and Simply Legal makes no warranty as to the outcome of your matter.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to impersonate others or submit false claims
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site
- Copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our intellectual property
5. Attorney-Client Relationship
Important Legal Information
Submitting information through our platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is only formed when a signed engagement agreement is executed between you and Simply Legal LLC. All legal decisions, representation, and confidentiality obligations belong to Simply Legal LLC.
6. Referral Disclosures
Simply Legal LLC operates as an Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS License No. 70258). When appropriate, Simply Legal LLC may associate with local counsel in jurisdictions where our attorneys are not admitted, appearing pro hac vice with local co-counsel. Any fee-sharing arrangements comply with Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and are overseen by our Responsible Attorney, Leonard Sominsky (AZ Bar No. 020013).
7. Geographic Scope
Our services are available only in select U.S. states where Simply Legal is licensed or permitted to operate. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where our business model would violate local regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Simply Legal LLC is not responsible for the outcome of your legal matter or any errors or omissions by partner attorneys. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any disputes arising from your use of the Services or from interactions with third-party law firms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As an Arizona Alternative Business Structure, Simply Legal LLC operates under the jurisdiction and oversight of the State Bar of Arizona.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
